The problem
Leads were coming in from five different places and going nowhere.
The agency was receiving property inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, a contact form, phone calls, and walk-ins. Each channel had its own inbox, its own person, and no shared view of what was happening. Hot leads sat unanswered for hours.
There was no way to know which inquiries were serious, which had already been contacted, or which had gone completely cold.
What we built
One website. One dashboard. One AI layer.
We rebuilt the property website with a structured inquiry form, connected it to a PostgreSQL database, and built an admin dashboard where every lead is visible, trackable, and actionable. On top of that we added an AI layer that runs on every new lead.

How it works
From form submission to suggested reply in under 60 seconds.
When a visitor submits an inquiry the system saves the lead, sends it to the AI layer, and generates a structured output: a plain-language summary of what the buyer wants, their estimated budget range, a lead quality score, and a suggested reply the agent can copy and send immediately.
